We are very flexible in our services. we can capture raw images and video and then we turn over everything to you. Partially edited, where we only send good images and cut down the the videos into just the clean usable sections. Finally, Full editing, we touch up the images, and create videos that you attach to your listing.
SERVICES
RESIDENTIAL
Residential images need to be personal. It needs to show the character of the property and let people know it is a good fit for them.Â
Vector Drone Service's residential packages are set up to do just that while remaining cost effective. We work with you to get the shots you want. Our packages come with a set positions that are most widely used, but we always leave some room for you or us to get creative!
COMMERCIAL
When it comes to commercial the game gets stepped up a notch. Potential buyers are not just looking for good views of the property they want to see the condition as well.Â
Here at Vector Drone Service's we also will fly maintenances flights of the roof, mechanicals and signs on the property so they know what they are buying especially in areas of the property that are normally inaccessible due to safety.
FARM & LAND
These properties are a particular favorite of Vector Drone Service. With that space and variety of locations to shoot we tend to get a little crazy. If you have an idea we would love to try it. Wide sweeping views over bluffs and hills, river bottoms flights following the stream line and forests and crop grounds. take full advantage of our photography experience and professionalism. We can put together a package that puts your company's listing in the best position.
PHOTO SHOT LIST
CARDINAL DIRECTIONS
Most Photographers will only take a few shots around a property from arbitrary directions. We like to cover our bases by collecting all 8 angles of the Main house and grounds.
SIGNATURE SHOT
We assess the property, surrounding landmarks, and lighting and then take a shot that puts the property's best foot forward. We always allow the client to be involved in setting this shot if they want to because usually they are the most acquainted with the property.
BEST VIEW
This is a shot that can actually be seen from the property. Be it from an upstairs window or the front porch. Let potential buyers know what they will see. Not just it's setting.
PROPERTY SITE MAPPING
An Orthomosaic is a single 2D image of the entire property. With our background in surveying we know how to create Orthomosaic Maps, 3D Contour Surfaces, and show approximate property lines(not and official survey). Commercial clients always want to have more information, by being able to one overall image, a contour map of a site, and site location; you put your company and the property of your client above others. Making the buyer confident in their decision.
GROUND LEVEL
From the ground? What?.....Just because we are a drone company we can't take video and pictures with our feet on the ground? Your right it isn't the number one thing we do, but while we are here we sure can take a few shots if we are asked a head of time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
This is were your imagination is allowed to run wild. If our pilot feels they can safely capture your idea. We will work hard to make your request a reality.
360 IMAGES
Our latest Addition. The 360 images either as a individual spot like the deck or front porch or as a part of a larger video or tour video.
FLIGHT LIST
CLOSE DOLLY
This video is set up near to the subject being shot and will allow a potential buyer to get a good view of the condition of the exterior of the building being filmed. We can travel across the front of a building/ property from L-R, R-L or both.
DISTANT DOLLY
This video is set up at a distance from the subject being shot and will allow a potential buyer to get a good view of the entire property. We can travel across the front of a building/ property form L-R, R-L or both.
360 DEGREE ORBIT
For this video the drone is set up 150' above ground level (AGL) and 150-200' away from the object to orbit (if room allows) and then we slowly circle the entire area until ending back at the beginning. This video creates an intimate connection to the subject because nothing can be hidden in an orbit.
360 DEGREE PAN
With this video we typically position ourselves 250' above an agreed upon point in the properties and create a complete pan of the surrounding community that the property is situated in.
BUILDING FLY OVER
Flying from the front of building to back, or side to side we create a cinematic fly over of the property so the buyer can get a sense of the overall elevations of the trees, roof lines, signage, etc.
FRONT - FLY IN OR FLY OUT
This is a quick video. We either start at the front of the main building and fly out to a vantage point that a client can see the surrounding setting and community of the property or we we run in the opposite direction starting wide and finishing at the front door step.
DUE DILIGENCE
This is a "nuts and bolts" type of video (photos). Nothing flashy, just an inventory of all mechanicals and areas on site, especially ones that are not readily accessible or seen from the ground. Examples would be heating units on the roof, condition of the roof, Vent openings and Piping, Heating units, Garbage
SIGNAGE FLY OVER
We fly up one side of a commercial sign directly over to the other side allowing a potential buyer the opportunity to see the condition and any need for upgrades in the future. This also makes for good opening images for a overall property video.
KEY FRAME FLIGHT
In a key frame flight we set up all the different shots we or realtor want to be seen around the property that that we feel really needs to be showcased and then create one smooth flight. A cinematic delight for you, the seller, and the buyer,.
NADIR VIDEO
God's view. traveling from the front of the building to back, or side to side we position the camera in a nadir position (looking straight down)Â fly over the main parts of property, be it a parking lot, office, house, dog kennel. If you want it we can grab it. It is a view like no other and is quite useful at time to convey the size of a property.
